When stress becomes chronic, persisting day after day for months on end, it depletes all coping resources, resulting in burnout. At that point, one is left with no capability to manage the demands.
I would like to help you in avoiding getting to this point, or supporting you in your recovery if you feel like you’re already there.

Through collaboration, we will create approaches to avoid or recover from burnout, allowing you to separate work-related stress and wholeheartedly engage in the significant aspects of your life. We will tackle the distinctive hurdles present in your life, addressing internal obstacles, aligning your work with personal values, and maximizing your strengths so you can feel and be better as soon as possible.
WHAT IS MY APPROACH
First, we understand where you are. Understanding the level of distress is the first step in creating a plan together. Sometimes we start by slowing down so you can build up the energy necessary to start making changes.
I believe in building skills necessary to self-advocate. My goal is to help you help yourself and feel well-equipped to continue living a balanced life where you feel well, many years after our work together is done.
I also believe in building a life that is in line with your authentic desires, skills, and gifts. Together, we ask the important questions so that you can align with your core values and core skills, so that you can work and live in a way that brings you happiness and is free from burnout.
Whether you are close to burnout or you feel like you’re there, I’m here to meet you where you are and accompany you in getting to a healthy, balanced, enjoyable life.

I would like to support you in your process of unlearning the teachings that have been stopping you from feeling comfortable in your capabilities and strengths, from moving forward peacefully and confidently.
During our initial meeting, I will understand what challenges are present for you right now and what you want/need help with. Depending on your needs, we will create bespoke goals and a process for us to follow. Meaningful change in therapy occurs generally at a point between 6 to 12 meetings.

Step 2. We will set up a consultation call. During the call, I will hear you fully and help you get clarity around what is currently happening in your career, how we can address it, and what the next steps are for you.
Step 3. If you decide that I am the right person to support you then we will schedule our first in-person/online meeting. However, if either of us feels that we might not be the right fit, then I will gladly point you in the right direction.
